How far ahead should I book?

For weddings, nine to twelve months gives you the widest choice of venues and vendors. Birthdays, showers and dinners can often come together in a few weeks. Send your date and we'll tell you honestly what's realistic.

What does planning cost?

It depends on the level of help, guest count and how much design is involved. After a short consultation we send a written proposal with a clear price, so there are no surprises.

Do you only do weddings?

No. We plan birthdays, milestone parties, quinceañeras, showers, anniversaries, holiday parties and corporate events, as well as weddings.

Can you work with vendors I've already booked?

Yes. Partial planning and day-of coordination are built for exactly that. We bring your existing vendors into one timeline.

Where do you plan events?

Across Los Angeles and Orange County. If your event is somewhere else, mention it in your inquiry.

Do you help with budget?

Yes. We help you set a realistic budget at the start and track it line by line as vendors are booked.
